Can I place an order without creating an account?

At the moment, placing an order requires creating an account. Creating an account allows you to track your orders, view your order history, save your shipping details for faster checkout, and be the first to know about new drops and exclusive updates. We recommend signing up for the best experience.

How can I contact you?

You can reach us at info@ilaofficial.com, our team will get back to you within 24 hours. We're available Monday to Friday and work across time zones to support our international customers. Enquiries sent over the weekend or on public holidays will be answered on the next business day.

What size should I order?

Each product page includes detailed fit notes to help guide you. You can also use our Sizebay tool on the product page for a personalised size recommendation based on your measurements. Which countries do you ship to?

We offer worldwide shipping via DHL, with the exception of Russia. All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Istanbul. For delivery times and rates, please visit our Shipping page.

Is it safe to order from your online store?

Definitely. We do not store any credit card details nor do we share your personal information with any third party.

What if I want to change or cancel my order?

If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us at info@ilaofficial.com as soon as possible, before your order has been shipped.

For made-to-order items, cancellations may not be possible once production has started. Please reach out to us to check the status of your piece.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be changed or cancelled. In that case, please wait for delivery and then initiate a return.

Please note that ILA cannot be held responsible for shipping costs in cases of cancellations or incorrect shipping details. We recommend reviewing all order information carefully before completing your purchase.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to follow your shipment's progress directly with DHL.

When will I receive my order?

In-stock items are typically dispatched within 4–6 business days. Made-to-order pieces require additional production time — please allow 8–10 business days before shipment. For more details, visit our Shipping page.

How much do I pay for shipping?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details. All applicable taxes and duties will also be displayed at checkout. All orders are shipped via DHL.

What payment methods does ILA accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa and Mastercard, as well as PayPal. All transactions are processed securely through Shopify Payments.

When will I be charged?

Your payment will be processed at the time of purchase, once your order has been successfully placed.

Returns & Exchanges

Do you offer refunds?

Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date your order is delivered. Please note that bridal and sale items are eligible for exchange only.

How do I return/exchange an order?

To return or exchange an item, please email us at info@ilaofficial.com with your name, order number, and request. Once approved, we will send you a prepaid DHL return label. Once we receive your return, you will be notified by email and your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. For exchanges, the new item will be shipped as soon as possible. What if the item I received is damaged or faulty?

We strive to ensure all items are of the highest standard and quality. However, if you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@ilaofficial.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Our team will review and assist you as quickly as possible.
