Yes, you can place an order as a guest. However, if you create an account, you get the opportunity to save shipping and billing addresses in the address book, you will be able to view your order history and you can find tracking numbers for current orders. Also, you can get our exclusive offers just for our subscribers.

You can contact us by sending an e-mail to info@ilaofficial.com and our customer service team will get back to you as soon as possible. Please allow up to 24 hours for a reply. Our customer service team is available online 5 days a week, Monday – Friday, and work across different time zones for our international customers. Any enquiries sent on the weekends or public holidays will be responded to the following business day.

We offer worldwide shipping at a flat rate, with the exception of Russia. All orders are dispatched from our central warehouse in Istanbul. For more details, please refer to our Shipping.

Definitely. We do not store any credit card details nor do we share your personal information with any third party.

If you no longer want your purchase after placing the order, you will need to submit a cancel request before the shipment is complete. Please note that once an order is shipped, it cannot be changed or cancelled. ILA cannot be held liable for the reimbursement of any shipping costs for change of mind purchases or due to the submission of incorrect shipping details when placing your order. Please ensure you check all shipping details carefully before submitting your order.

Shipping & Delivery

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number from us.

We usually dispatch orders within 4–6 business days. For made-to-order sizes, please allow approximately 8–10 business days for production before shipment.

We work with DHL for all international shipments. When you place an order on our website, the shipping cost is automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order details.

Payment

We accept the following payment methods:
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, UnionPay, Bancontact, iDEAL, and other locally supported payment options.
We also accept PayPal at checkout.

All payments are securely processed via Shopify Payments.

Returns & Refunds

Yes, eligible items may be returned for a refund within 14 days of delivery.
All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
Please note that bridal and sale items are only eligible for exchange.
Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

To start your return or exchange:
Please email us at info@ilaofficial.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return or exchange.

We work with DHL Express for all returns. Once we receive your email:

  • We'll send you a DHL return label and let you know the estimated return shipping cost, which will be deducted from your refund (or added to your exchange).
  • If you agree, you can simply drop your parcel off at the nearest DHL Express location using the label provided.
  • If you have a DHL account, you're welcome to arrange the return directly through your own account.
  • Alternatively, you may use any secure, trackable courier service.

Please note:

  • We do not cover any customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees that may occur.
  • If the parcel is held at customs or fails to reach us, we will not be able to process a refund or exchange.

    For exchanges:
    Let us know which item you’d like instead. We'll confirm availability and ship your new piece once we receive the original item.
