All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Istanbul. In-stock items are typically shipped within 4–6 business days, while made-to-order pieces are dispatched within 8–10 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
- All international deliveries are carried out exclusively via DHL.
- Shipments or returns sent through carriers other than DHL cannot be accepted.

- If your order was delivered via DHL, returns must be sent back using DHL only.
