Returns & Exchanges
We hope you love your ILA piece — but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns Policy
You may return any eligible item within 14 days of delivery. All returned items must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged

In their original packaging with all tags intact

Free of stains, scents, or any signs of wear (e.g. perfume, smoke)
Please note:

Bridal and sale items are eligible for exchange only.

Returns and exchanges are only accepted from the country the item was originally delivered to.

Return or exchange shipping costs will be deducted from your refund or paid by you, if exchanging.
Items that do not meet these return requirements will be sent back to the customer.
Exchanges
We’re happy to offer exchanges for any item, depending on availability.
To check availability and reserve your preferred piece, just email us at info@ilaofficial.com. Once we receive your return, we’ll send the replacement to the original shipping address.
If you'd like to exchange your item for something completely different, there's no need to place a new order — just get in touch and we'll guide you through it.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To begin the process, please email us at info@ilaofficial.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return or exchange.
We work with DHL Express for all returns. Once you get in touch:

We’ll provide you with a DHL return label and let you know the estimated shipping cost that will be deducted from your refund (or added to the exchange).

If you're happy to proceed, you can use the label we send and drop the parcel off at your nearest DHL Express location.

If you prefer, you can also arrange the return through your own DHL account.

Alternatively, you're welcome to use any secure and trackable courier service — however, please note that any customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees that may arise will not be covered by us. If the return is held at customs or fails to reach us, we won’t be able to process a refund or exchange.
