Returns & Exchanges
All pieces on our website are crafted per order, thus refunds are not accepted. This detail is clearly indicated on the individual pages of each piece.
Delivery
Your orders will be shipped within 4-6 business days. (Delivery times may vary for some special products. You can check the delivery times for these products on their detail pages.)
Return and Exchange
Within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product, you can exchange the size or model once.
To initiate an exchange, please send an email to info@ilaofficial.com, specifying your reason for the exchange. Ensure you include your first and last name, as well as your order number in the subject line.
Products sent without an email exchange request WILL NOT BE EXCHANGED.
Your exchange request will be addressed via email. We will send you a DHL Express Return Label along with the address information of our head office for shipping.
If you wish to return your package using a courier other than DHL Express, you are responsible for all shipping costs.
Once we have received and examined the returned product(s), the new item will be shipped to you free of charge if your exchange request is approved.
Exchanges that do not meet the terms outlined above will not be accepted and will be returned to you with the receiver paying for the shipping costs.
Terms of Exchange
The exchange process is allowed once only. A second exchange for the same order is not permitted.
All returned items must have their original tags and labels still attached, without any damage. We do not accept exchanges for products that have lost their authenticity.
Exchange requests for damaged products (torn, deformed, broken, etc.) caused by customer error will not be accepted.
Exchange requests will not be accepted if there are visible traces or noticeable odors from perfumes, deodorants, or other similar products.
No exchanges will be made for free or promotional items sent as part of an order. If you wish to exchange any products in a set, all items in the set must be returned together. They cannot be exchanged separately.
If only one product from a set is returned, the exchange will not be accepted and the order will only be exchanged if all products are included.
Return packages must be sent back in their original packaging to ensure the safety of the products. Packages sent without their original packaging or necessary protective measures will not be accepted for exchange.
The customer is responsible for the package until it reaches the exchange address. ILA assumes no responsibility for packages damaged or lost during shipping. Please ensure that your return is well-packaged and shipped with a traceable, insured courier service.
