Delivery

Your orders will be shipped within 7 business days. It might take up to 15 days for made-to-order items. Once we have verified your order and payment details, we will process your shipping. You can check the estimated delivery time on the respective product pages.

We hope you love your ILA piece, but if for any reason you need to return or exchange it, we're here to help.

Returns Policy

You may return any eligible item purchased within 14 days of delivery. All returned items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
  • In their original packaging with all tags intact
  • Free of any signs of wear, stains, or scents (e.g., perfume, smoke)

Please note:

  • Bridal items and sale items are eligible for exchange only.
  • Returns or exchanges will only be accepted from the country of delivery.
  • Shipping costs for returns or exchanges will be deducted from the refund, or paid by the customer if exchanging.

Items that do not meet these conditions will be sent back to the customer.

Exchanges
We are happy to offer exchanges for any item, subject to availability.

Please contact us at info@ilaofficial.com to check availability and reserve your preferred item. Once we receive your return, we’ll ship the new piece to the same address.

If you'd like to exchange your item for something else, there's no need to place a new order — just reach out to us and we’ll assist you with the process.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To begin the process, please email us at info@ilaofficial.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return or exchange.

We’ll send you a DHL return label via email. Once received:

  1. Pack your item securely in the original packaging.
  2. Attach the DHL label to the outside.
  3. Drop it off at your nearest DHL Express location.
