Returns & Exchanges
All bridal products on our website are crafted per order, thus refunds are not accepted. This detail is clearly indicated on the individual pages of each piece.
Delivery
Your orders will be shipped within 4-6 business days. (Delivery times may vary for certain special items. You can check the estimated delivery time on the respective product pages.)
Return and Exchange
You may request a return or exchange once within 14 days of receiving your order.
For bridal and discounted products: Only exchanges are allowed. Returns for a refund are not accepted.
To initiate a return or exchange, please email info@ilaofficial.com, specifying your reason for the request. Kindly include your first and last name, as well as your order number in the subject line.
Products sent without a prior email request WILL NOT BE PROCESSED.
Once your request is reviewed, we will send you a DHL Express Return Label along with our head office shipping address.
If you choose to return your package using a courier other than DHL Express, you will be responsible for all shipping costs and any applicable customs fees.
- For exchanges: Once we receive and inspect the returned product(s), the new item will be shipped to you free of charge if your request is approved.
- For returns (excluding bridal and discounted products): Once we receive and inspect the returned product(s), your refund will be processed after deducting the return shipping cost.
Requests that do not meet the conditions outlined below will not be accepted and will be returned at the sender’s expense.
Terms of Return and Exchange
- Each order is eligible for one return or exchange request only. A second request for the same order will not be accepted.
- Bridal and discounted products are only eligible for exchanges. Returns for a refund are not accepted.
- All returned items must have their original tags and labels intact and remain undamaged. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for products that have lost their original condition.
- Requests for damaged products (e.g., torn, deformed, broken) due to customer handling will not be accepted.
- Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if items have visible traces of use, such as noticeable scents from perfume, deodorant, or other products.
- Free or promotional items included in an order are not eligible for return or exchange.
- If you wish to return or exchange a set, all items in the set must be returned together. Individual pieces from a set cannot be processed separately.
- All return packages must be sent back in their original packaging to ensure product safety. Returns without original packaging or adequate protective measures will not be accepted.
- The customer is responsible for the package until it reaches our return/exchange address. ILA is not liable for lost or damaged shipments. Please ensure your return is securely packaged and shipped via a trackable, insured courier service.
