Distance Sales Agreement
1. Parties
This Distance Sales Agreement is entered into by and between the following parties under the terms and conditions stated herein:

By confirming this agreement, the Buyer acknowledges being informed that they are responsible for paying the order total — including the product price, any applicable shipping fees, and taxes — if the order is approved.
2. Definitions
Ministry: Republic of Turkey Ministry of Trade
Law: Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection
Regulation: Distance Contracts Regulation (Official Gazette 27.11.2014 / 29188)
Product: All tangible goods offered for sale, including digital content
Service: Any consumer transaction other than product delivery
Website: The online platform of the Seller – www.ilaofficial.com
Buyer: Natural or legal person purchasing for non-commercial use
Seller: ILA The Brand Ltd.
Agreement: This Distance Sales Agreement
3. Subject
This Agreement governs the sale and delivery of the product(s) ordered by the Buyer via the Seller’s website, in accordance with Turkish Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Contracts Regulation.
The product descriptions and prices listed on the website are valid until updated. Temporary promotions and discounts apply for the duration specified.

5. Payment and Delivery
Orders are shipped within the timelines indicated on the website. If delivery is delayed beyond 30 days, the Buyer may cancel the contract.
The Seller is responsible for delivering the product in full, undamaged, and with necessary documentation (e.g., warranty, user manual).
6. Right of Withdrawal
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from this Agreement within 14 days from the date of delivery, without providing any reason and without incurring any penalty.
To exercise this right, the Buyer must notify the Seller in writing via email (info@ilaofficial.com) within the 14-day period. Returned items must be unused and in original condition with packaging and tags intact.
Bridal and made-to-order items are only eligible for exchange unless otherwise stated.
The Seller will process a refund within 10 business days of receiving the returned item, and no later than 14 days from the withdrawal notice.
7. Non-Returnable Items
Returns are not accepted for:
- Underwear, swimwear, and personal care items
- Items customized upon request
- Items used or altered after delivery
- Digital products with broken seals or used access
8. Dispute Resolution
In case of a dispute, Turkish Consumer Arbitration Boards and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction within the limits set by law.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
10. Effectiveness
By completing the purchase, the Buyer is deemed to have accepted the terms of this Distance Sales Agreement.
