All ILA bridal pieces are made-to-order and created specifically for each client upon order confirmation.
We do not hold stock for bridal items.
Production timelines are indicated on each product page and may vary depending on the design and level of craftsmanship required.
Returns & Refunds
As all bridal pieces are made exclusively for each client:
Returns and refunds are not available
Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun
Since each piece is produced uniquely for you, it is not eligible for return under standard return policies.
Exchanges
We are happy to offer a one-time size exchange for bridal orders, subject to the following conditions:
The request must be made within 48 hours of delivery
The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition
Exchanges are subject to production availability
Please note that exchange timelines may vary depending on our production schedule.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect,
please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@ilaofficial.com.
Our team will carefully review the case and offer the most suitable solution, which may include:

Replacement
Refund (where applicable under consumer protection laws)
Product Expectations

Minor variations in fabric, color, or finish may occur and are considered part of the artisanal nature of each piece.
